Birthday and Christmas Gifts

I recently sent a package home to my mom filled with Birthday and Christmas gifts.  Here are photos of some of the handmade items I created for them.  These are the packaging for the gifts inside.  I made these with the Cricut Tags, Bags & Boxes cartridge and some DCWV paper.  I used really small powerful magnets I had lying around to close them.  This one is a gift for my niece who's birthday is Christmas Day - Happy Birthday!!!

The rest of these are gifts for my family for Christmas....

Craft and Bake Sale photos

Finally, these are some photos of my table.
I forgot to mention the approximately 200+ chocolates I made.  In each of the pretty boxes on the table are 10 handmade chocolates (coconut and cookies and cream fillings).  I have a display box there as well showing how you can turn the box into a lumiere once you eat all the chocolates!  I just put a dollar store battery candle in it.
I also had quite a few packages of 6 chocolates, but they were all sold before I took these photos.
There are two gingerbread shaped chocolates and one tree shape chocolate in each of the clear bags - kids liked those.
See the cookies in their packaging????   Soooooo pretty :)

New christmas cards.

These are some of the new cards I made this year for the craft fair.  I still have some left - perhaps you will find one in your mailbox in the next little while!

Cheers!

I'm baaaaack! Still busy, but I'm back!

The craft sale at the community club is over, so I now have time to show you what I have been working on!
There are so many things to show you and since you all have been soooooo patient - I'll show you the best thing first!

For a few years now I have been trying to make the "Ultimate Christmas Cookie".  I was at a holiday party a few years back and they had these beeeooootiful cookies that were almost too pretty to eat.  I always wanted to make some just like them.
I finally succeeded this year.  The comments at the craft fair were "They are too pretty to eat!".  So I know I achieved my goal.

Let me know what YOU think.

I found a delicious sugar cookie recipe and made my cookies one day.  It took one whole day to line the cookie edges, flood the inside (wait for it to set), cut out the fondant flowers and paint them with edible luster dust, then decorate with the white icing and add the candy pearls.  Once the icing was good and set, I packaged them up.  You can see them in their packaging in the craft fair photos.
