Frogs Built a Snowman!

As soon as I saw this digital stamp from Pink Cat Studio, I HAD to have it. The thought that little frogs built this snowman made me giggle madly!!!! I have coloured about a dozen of these already! I made the itty bitty paper lunch bag using Cricut Plantain Schoolbook. Inside the bag is floral foam to help hold the christmas pick in place. I used pop dots to adhere the snowman to the bag.

I used Copics to colour this digital stamp, and Spica pens to add sparkle to the frogs hats and snowmans hat. I used a metalic gel pen for some of the stripes on the scarf. I also used Diamond Glaze on the frogs hats. They are SOOOOOO cute!Posted by Picasa

Itty Bitty Betty - Candy Cane Swing

I loved colouring this digital stamp from Pink Cat Studio. My Copics skills are coming along nicely! I added some sparkle to the candy cane and Betty's elf costume with Spica pens. I used diamond glaze over her belt to make it shine. Pop dots were used to make Betty "pop". The green and red matts were cut using Spellbinders Nestabilities Curved Rectangles. The ribbon is from Michaels, and the 3D pointsetta was made using Cricut Winter Woodland cartridge.

Bridal Shower Advice Book

I had actually created this book in 2007.  I am adding it now as I never added it to either of my craft sites.  If I can remember any of the details, I will add them.  For now, enjoy the photos.  The bride-to-be loved it!!  Each page had tags, or cards for the guests to write advice to the bride.  There were extra cards to write on as some of the pockets could hold more than one card.

I made this for a friend of a friend using Zooballoo Cricut cartridge and George for the numbers.

Paper pups birthday card

This card was made for my oldest daughter's 9th birthday.  The brown flourishes are digital brushes and printed on the cardstock.  The pups are from the Paper Pups cricut cartridge.  I can't remember which cartridge I used for the number 9.  The flowers are from Prima.

Pond at a Napa Valley Winery

This is yet another photo that I used Photoshop on with that plug-in. This pond was on the way from the parking lot to the Winery. I have another photo I took of this area.
I love the surreal feeling the adjustments do to the real photo. When I look at the original photo, it just doesn't 'pop' like this one.

A Walk Along a Pacific Wharf

I took this photo when Jason and I were in San Fransico. This was down by the famous fisherman's wharf . I used the same plug-in I have been using for my other recent photos - I really like the way this one came out. I also rendered this photo using a different plug-in. I will upload that one tomorrow.
Enjoy!

Knock, knock...who is there... in San Francisco

This is another photo that I used Photoshop on. This was a neat door that I encountered on a walk through San Francisco with my wonderful husband.

I love the way the plug-in makes it look like a neat illustration.

Highway to Banff

Yet another wonderful Christmas has come and gone. Santa brought me Adobe Elements 7.0 and I have been playing around with some of my photos. These are my first attempts using a neat plug-in I found, I am sure I will only get better with practise. So what do you think of this one?
This picture was taken on the highway driving towards Banff.
You can find this plug-in - here

Birthday Card:

I made this card for my daughter on her 9th birthday. The sentiment is from Stampin up. The pups are from the Cricut Paper Pups cartridge. The flowers are prima and the flourish is digital (PSE brush). I used some stickles to add some bling to the flourish.
