More Needle Felted Critters

I am really enjoying needle felting.  I think that I will be making some Christmas ornaments later this year with my wool.  For now though, I am enjoying making these miniature bunnies, owls, teddy bears, etc. I placed these items on my 1:12 scale book shelf (I made this myself a while ago) with my 1:12 scale books and vase of flowers so that you can get an idea of scale.

I am going to put some of these in my Zibbet shop.  If you think of anything I can make (custom orders) to give as gifts, let me know!

Happy Healthy Valentines Day

I so wanted to make valentine cake pops or cookies for my daughter's class as it was my turn to provide snacks for this event.  However, the school has a healthy snack initiative and cake pops or cookies do not fall in line with that.  I wracked my brain to come up with something that I would be able to play up creatively, yet still be healthy.  I finally came up with fancy cups of jello and yogurt.  I knew these little plastic wine glasses were at the dollar store and with a little ribbon around each one - voila - makes this snack a little more special.
