Fall Harvest - The Scary Version!

Ok - don't be scared - but some of my veggies have come to life!  I have been working with sculpting faces and felt that the veggies I was working on woud be a great canvas to try out sculpting noses, chins, eyes, etc.
I have not been very good at this in the past, so any comments would be appreciated if you think I managed ok this time.  If you leave a nasty comment my veggies have vowed to me that they will find you and eat you!
Enjoy!
P.S. I forgot to mention that I made a couple of drippy candles in pumpkins as well.

Fall Harvest In Miniature!

Pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere! So I made some in miniature.  I figure that my planned (for the future)dollhouse garden will eventually need some veggies, so, I made some :)
I made the crates out of craft wood I had hanging around, and the veggies are all made of polymer clay.
I think that the tomatoes were the hardest to make - the little green tops took me forever!  Enjoy!

Miniature Sweets

I ordered two dollhouse 1:12 scale display cases for some of my bakery miniatures, along with a glass cake stand and two tier desert stand.  I love how everything looks - though one shelf looks a little empty so now I will have to get to work to fix that!
All the bakery items were made by myself out of polymer clay.  Enjoy!

Miniature Work - Birthday Party Display

For a while now I have been wanting to create a miniature display.  A lot of miniaturists are creating displays in miniature cabinets, wardrobes, etc.  My friends little girl had a birthday coming up, so I figured this would be a good time to do something.  I thought - "How about a birthday display for the birthday girl?"
This is what I did:

Yep - I made everything you see here except for the Hedgehog :)

I made everything here including the forks and knife and candles.

Bows, paper hats with ribbon ruffles and various "printies" from the web.

My friends daughter loves snakes so I made one hogging a chocolate chip cookie.

See the paper plates under the cake slice?

These cupcakes look good enough to eat!

I love the little snake with the cookie.
